Post  Your Answer:Void means the contract is a total nullity and have no legal effect us all in enforcement. Whereas Voidable contract means either party to the contract if the contract is vitiated by fraud, Undue influence, coercion mistake and misrepresentation etc can put an end to contract by recision.
